Highest paid football coaches, football being one of the most loved and profitable in the world, each team appreciates their team managers differently in terms of earning.

Away from all sports, football managers are in the category of highest-paid people in the world. In this article, we analyze the highest-paid manager from EPL, La Liga, and Series A.

1. Pep Guardiola (Manchester City)

Manchester’s City savior Pep Guardiola tops the list with an annual salary of £20million with a Net worth of over £40million. He began his career as an impressive midfielder playing for Barcelona. Despite being a talented player his name worth increased when he became a manager after his retirement.

Since joining the EPL Club in 2016, he has helped the team clinch three league titles, one FA Cup, four League Cups, and Maiden Champions League. The legend footballer and a veteran manager is considered as one of the best managers in the world.

2. Antonio Conte (Tottenham Hotspur)

Antonio Conte is the guider of Tottenham Hotspur, a Premier League Club, follows Pep from behind. The football genius earns an annual salary of £13million. Conte has been in the pitch coaching different teams for over a decade. His rich track record and performance speak highly of him, following several title wins with Juventus, Chelsea, and Inter Milan.

3. Diego Simeone (Atletico Madrid)

Atletico Madrid’s alias Colchineros Diego Simeone is standing in third place with a salary of  £12.5million per year. The engineer has been leading the La La Liga club for 10 years with a record of two La Liga titles and two Europa League victories.

4. Jose Mourinho

Speaking of the best managers in the world, Jose Mourinho can never be excluded from the list. The veteran coach with a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years, earns a salary of  £11million per year. He has led some of the biggest clubs in the world including Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur.

5. Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool)

For over five years, Klopp has been doing a great job with Liverpool, he has stuck with the club’s slogan “You’ll Never Walk Alone” and has walked with Liverpool to six Champions League win and One league title. The accomplished coach currently earns £9million per year. He joined Liverpool in 2015 and he will be leaving the Reds in 2024 when his contracts lapse.

6. Massimiliano Allegri (Juventus)

Allegri is the current manager of the Old Lady earning a yearly salary of £7.5million. He made his return to the Old Lady in 2021 after they had a tough season in 2020.

7. Julian Nagelsmann (Bayern Munich)

Bayern Munich has not been left out in appreciating their manager, Julian. The  Bundesliga coach earns a yearly salary of £7million. The Bundesliga club had to pay over £20million to snatch him from their rivals, RB Leipzig.

8. Mauricio Pochettino(PSG)

Mauricio took over from Tuchel and he has managed to increase the standards of the teams since he took over he has created a strong team including Messi, Mbappe, and Neymar. The managers earn an annual salary of £6million, he earns more than his predecessor with over £500,000 per year.

9. Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea)

Since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, he has led the Blues to European Championship and UEFA Super Cup. His performance has really improved compared to when he was in PSG, the Blue pays him £5.5million-per-year.

10. Carlo Ancelotti (Real Madrid)

Real Madrid’s manager Ancelotti closes our top ten list of highest-paid managers with an annual salary of £5 million.
